Our vision is to create a world where neurodivergent individuals have equal access to inclusive sports and social recreation programs, empowering them to build lifelong skills, foster connections, and thrive in supportive communities. There, McAlister witnessed the powerful impact basketball could have on children with intellectual and physical disabilities, particularly in fostering joy, connection, and personal growth. Inspired by this experience, McAlister returned to his hometown of Compton, California.
